Panda Riot is a Chicagoan three-piece shoegazey female-fronted outfit. The project was originally devised by Brian Cook and Rebecca Scott in 2005 in order to create the soundtrack to a short independent film, but evolved into a full-fledged band with the edition of bass player Justin Cheng in August of 2007. Their debut She Dares All Things features an incredible collection of fuzzed out and blissful tracks that singer Rebecca only makes sweeter with her light airy voice delicately layered over the waining guitars.
